  1. It is necessary to fast overnight before the full body test.
  2. Only drink water before the test.
  3. Avoid taking iron supplements for at least 24 hours before blood sample collection.
  4. Stop taking multivitamins or dietary supplements containing biotin (vitamin B7) at least 2 days before full body tests.
  5. You can continue your thyroid medications on the day of the test unless advised by the physician.
  6. For the best test results, keep urine in a clean container, and it's important to do this first thing in the morning. Make sure the urine doesn't touch your skin, especially around where it comes out. If you're a woman, try not to give a sample when you have your period, unless it's planned.
  7. You must submit all required samples for a full body checkup package at one time during the scheduled sample collection.
