In a distressing incident that highlights the large gaps in healthcare services, a four-and-a-half-month pregnant woman gave birth on the roadside near the Gate No. 13 of Raj Bhavan in Uttar Pradesh. Tragically, the newborn was brought to the hospital lifeless, revealing the critical challenges in medical assistance.
