Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

You can book an ambulance through the Med Cab app or website by entering your pickup location, choosing the ambulance type and confirming your request. Our team dispatches the nearest available ambulance instantly.

Go to "My Bookings" in the app, select the active booking and tap "Cancel". Cancellation charges may apply depending on how far the ambulance has travelled towards your location.

Once your booking is confirmed, a live tracking link is shown in the app showing the ambulance's real-time location, estimated arrival time and driver details.

Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You can check refund status under "Payments & Refunds" in your account.

Visit our Partner Support section and submit your business details. Our onboarding team will review your application and contact you with the next steps.

Med Cab is a technology platform that connects users with independently empanelled ambulance operators, hospitals, home care providers, diagnostic labs, and registered medical practitioners. Med Cab does not itself provide medical, ambulance, or diagnostic services and is not responsible for the clinical decisions or outcomes of empanelled third parties.
