A. Manpower Vendor Partner Data (KYC Required):

• Mobile Number
• Profile Photo
• City / Location
• Aadhaar Card (number and uploaded image)
• PAN Card (number and uploaded image)

B. Vendor Data Added by Partner:

The Manpower Vendor Partner can add multiple vendors under their account such as Doctors, Nurses, Ward Boys, and Ward Ayas.

• Full Name
• Mobile Number (if available)
• Aadhaar Card (uploaded)
• PAN Card (uploaded)
• Health Experience Certificate (mandatory upload for verification)

C. Health-Related Professional Data:

• Medical qualifications
• Work experience details
• Uploaded experience certificates
• Role classification (Doctor, Nurse, etc.)

Important: We only collect professional and verification-related health data. We do NOT collect patient medical records, diagnosis details, or treatment information.

D. Device & Usage Data:

• Device type, OS version
• IP address
• App usage logs
• Crash and diagnostic data

E. Location Data:

• City-level location (required)
• Precise location (optional, for service matching)

3. Permissions We Use

• Camera – for profile photo and document uploads
• Storage – to upload Aadhaar, PAN, and certificates
• Location – to provide nearby job/service opportunities
• SMS (optional) – for OTP verification only
• Push Notifications – service alerts and updates

4. Purpose of Data Collection

• Identity verification (KYC compliance)
• Verification of vendors using Aadhaar, PAN, and health experience certificates
• Onboarding and management of multiple vendors by partners
• Providing manpower services (Doctors, Nurses, etc.)
• Fraud prevention and trust building
• Improving app performance
• Communication and support

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Limited vendor details (name, role, experience) may be shared with customers
• KYC data may be shared with verification service providers
• Data may be stored on secure cloud servers
• Data may be shared with legal authorities if required by law

6. Vendor Consent Responsibility

The Manpower Vendor Partner is fully responsible for obtaining proper consent from each vendor before uploading their personal data, Aadhaar, PAN, and health experience certificates. Uploading data without consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Security

• Secure HTTPS encryption
• Protected cloud storage
• Restricted internal access

While we follow industry standards, no system is completely secure.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as the account is active or as required by applicable laws.

9. User Rights
