Prior to co-founding Med Cab, Sandeep built extensive experience across healthcare, infrastructure, finance, administration, and social development sectors.

He served as Assistant to the CFO and Administrative Manager at Innovative Modern Engineers Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for financial operations, budgeting, vendor management, procurement, compliance, and administrative functions. During his tenure, he implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and supported informed business decision-making.

Previously, Sandeep held the position of Vice President – Account Management at Shivaay Power and Infrastructure Private Limited, where he managed key client relationships, contract administration, account operations, and business development initiatives. His contributions helped strengthen customer engagement and support long-term business growth.

He also served as Assistant Vice President at Pragati Welfare Foundation, leading program administration, stakeholder coordination, financial oversight, and community development initiatives focused on creating meaningful social impact.

With a multidisciplinary background and a strategic approach to leadership, Sandeep brings expertise in financial management, business operations, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and organizational development. His ability to align financial strategy with business objectives has been instrumental in driving innovation and building scalable Health Care solutions.
